Join Hans at Momentum Climbing Gym for exercises that help your climbing, but are not climbing. Hans leads you through movements from: Pilates, Yoga, Crossfit, climbing, HIT, and made-up stuff, in order to raise your climbing strength.
Join Hans as he shares climbing stories from Yosemite, Africa, and Papa New Guinea.Hanswill have his book “On The Nose” available the whole evening. The book marks Hans’s 100th ascent of The Nose route on El Capitan. No one has climbed El Capitan more times than Hans, with over 170 ascents he has some vertical feet of climbing experience he’s happy to share with you. Hans was the first ever International Speed Climbing Champion, three times XGames Champion, eleven time National Champion, and three time difficulty winner. Hans has climbed on six continents, and everything from the desert of Arizona to the cold of Patagonia, albeit he claims he’s a t-shirt and short climber. Come pry some stories out of him as he’ll be at the gym all evening.
