I figure this is easy for some people and hard for others
I stopped drinking regular coffee and caffeinated tea on November 30th.
On December 1st I found half a bar of really nice dark chocolate in the console of my Toyota Sequoia. I didn't think it would last 22 days. I felt it would be a shame to let it water away. Thus, I started my 22 days on the 2nd of December. I think it's avoiding the chocolate during the holidays more than the coffee that is the harder thing for me to do . I also couldn't partake in one of my favorite Physivantage products, Crush. ( Yes, it's a plug, but true)
Done things to know if you have coffee with me or just me around coffee....
I like coffee with my cream. (Do I want cream with my coffee? Duh)
I like adding: cinnamon, nutmeg, pumpkin pie spice, some brown alcohols, Bengal spice tea . I don't add sugar to coffee. ( Sometimes sugar is in the cream I would add)
I think that LIFE should be enough to GET YOU GOING, be it the morning or anytime . I prefer to consume caffeine, in any form, to KEEP GOING rather than to get going .
I will drink coffee for: ritual to hangout, to flavor my cream, (I like: cow cream, macadamia milk, almond milk, oat milk, goat milk,. I have not had a powdered white substance that is good ) , "digesting" heavy desserts, keeping warm, to moisten my Physivantage Weapons Grade Protein.
