#48 - Burn 2023 activity calories IAD. Rode the Rock Cobbler in Bakersfield. Lots of fun. Also, lots of mud and quite hard for me.

We're supposed to carry our own garbage for a day, but I have 2 cats whose litter boxes I clean in the morning. Does that mean I need to carry their poop around with me all day, or is it only trash I CREATE? Thanks for clarifying.

Finished 2023 kegels over 6 days with a goal of an increasing number of reps each day. IMHO, keeping count was probably one of the hardest parts... There were definitely a few times I lost count and decided to just start over 😂

I started playing pickleball this past Fall. Then my wife gave it a try and decided she liked it too. Now we go about twice a week to play. I entered a newly formed Pickleball league. First games were last night and I did poorly. At least I have lots of room for improvement.

Bouldered 23+ problems in 1.5 hours at Pacific Pipe in Oakland today (I actually ended up sending a total of 24 but I figure that's OK since it made the challenge harder?) And... this is me lying on the ground exhausted after I was done.
