I knocked out two challenges today! I wasn't sure how to get pics of them but the first is right after I balanced and the second is where I did the sprints :) I put kettle bells as markers.
I also did a few more handstands so working on those 220!
Looked down to see your calf in this photo. Kinda looks like you are hoovering .
