#83 Weekend before last I helped shuttle participants at the adaptive climbing festival. Super inspiring seeing all the folks getting out and fitting adventure in, despite the extra effort it takes them Betsy us "normies."

Today I led and was led by Heather for 22 minutes on a forest trail. Definitely a trust practice we should all do periodically.
