Thinking ahead for # 13 - creating a 22 week long challenge. Daunting, but maybe I need to wait for the rulebook. Does it have to be everyday of the week or at minimum something once a week for 22 weeks? I was thinking of creating a weekly workout plan and keeping it up daily for the 22 weeks. Looking for input! :D

from the handbook.... YOU create a 22 week challenge and complete it. Your challenge should include at least 1 act during each week, for example, “run an 8 minute mile once a week”. It could include something you do every day for 22 weeks, for example, “meditate every morning for 5 7 minutes before breakfast”, it could be something you do multiple times a week, for example “ride my bike to work 3x a week”, it could be something you accomplish each week, for example “run at least 22 miles during the week”. Whatever the challenge, repeat it for 22 weeks.
