“Don’t live the same year 75 times and call it a life.” -Robin Sharma
Perhaps it's easy and comfortable to stick with the known. You try a class for the first time. You like the instructor. It's fun and motivating to do something new. Your body is sore 2 days later - that feels good. So you go again...and again...and again, for the next 3 years. You know the drill. It's a good workout. You have friends in the class. It makes sense to keep going back. and...You know the drill. The class has become comfortable. Your body isn't sore any more or changing like it did in the beginning. Is magic still happening?
“Magic doesn’t require beauty,’ she said. 'Easy magic is pretty. Great magic asks that you trouble the waters. It requires a disruption, something new.” Leigh Bardugo

We took a Tai Chi class in Fresno at Metal Mark Climbing gym. Our first ever Tai Chi class. Pretty darn interesting to be moving, posing, and very focused on what you were doing. loved it.
