Hey crew. When you are doing your challenges we invite you to use excellent form. Like this guy doing his handstand push-ups. Notice that his head and chest go all the way to the ground but he doesn't cave in at the heart. If you can't get down to the ground like this and push back up then 1) either modify so you can or 2) spend the year building up all the strength and balance that you can, and modify after.a year of trying if you still can't do it. (This applies to handstand and regular push-ups).
...hmmm...I wonder if I could do 1 handstand pushup if I practiced all year? How many handstands would I need to do to get there? Anyone want to teach a handstand class for the community?
