Last year, someone posted a tracking sheet for those challenges that take multiple days/sessions to complete. Can someone point me to that? 2023 has more of those that can't be completed at once & I'm trying to figure out an easy way to keep track. Thanks!

The function of this sheet include the following:
1. Tracking all your IAY (or IAM) reps/weight/distance challenge.
2. Ability to exclude reps to prevent double counting
3. Using your step count to convert into distance (this is an easy way to add to the count for dhtchallenge52 and 80; though I challenge you to not do it as a way to make it harder, but again WEIHFY is the goal here!)
There is a "Instruction" sheet on how to use the sheet, the formula are messy, but it should work correctly. If there is any question, feel free to email me at jackyhytse@gmail.com or comment below and I will try to help you out.
